📦 Shipping & Handling Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kirraganics. Please review the following terms, which outline our order processing, shipping timeframes, and responsibilities.

🕒 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

If we experience any significant delays, you will be notified via email.

🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location. (Please note these are Australia post estimated delivery timeframes not order processing times)

Please note: Rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times as determined by Australia Post.

✈️ Express Shipping

Express shipping is available at checkout and is fulfilled by Australia Post’s Express Post service. Please note that:

  • Express refers to the delivery timeframe, not handling or packing speed.

  • We do not control carrier delays once your parcel leaves our facility.

For tracking or delivery concerns, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

📧 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is packed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking information. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for assistance.

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@kirraganics.com.au.

To help us process a solution quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Please note: While we use trusted carriers, shipping damage can occasionally occur, and we’ll always work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

🌍 International Orders

We ship internationally at a flat rate of $20 AUD. Delivery timeframes vary by destination. All international orders over $200 AUD ship free (delivery estimated at 5–8 business days).

🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States, we calculate and collect estimated tariffs (including any product-specific tariffs based on HS code and the current U.S. global import surcharge) at checkout.

These tariffs are prepaid, so you should not receive any additional customs or tariff charges upon delivery.

All other countries:

Any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer and are usually payable upon delivery.

🛒 Combining Orders

If you wish to add items to an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We can issue you an invoice and combine both orders to ship together.

                                          Express Post $15, 2-4 business days.

                                          Orders over $200 Free, 2-8 business days. 

New Zealand shipping: Flat rate $20 (AUD), 5-8 business days.

UK & Ireland shipping: Flat rate $20 (AUD), 5-8 business days.

United States shipping: Flat rate $20 (AUD), 5-8 business days.
